New Purser Babies

We got 2 puppies today for the kids' early Christmas. We found them at a shelter in Amite, LA. They are 8 week-old girls, but we are not sure what kind they are. They look to be some kind of lab mix, but a lot smaller.

Abby has the pink collar, Rosie has the blue.

Ethan has warmed up to Rosie, the rambunctious one. Emily likes Abby, the calm one.

While the girls were doing their thing today, Ethan and I went to Fort Pike. We hadn't been since they cleaned up from Katrina. I was impressed at how good it looked considering the damage it took.
